NAARIY – RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Naariy offers handcrafted and seasonal ethnic wear. Due to the nature of our products, return, exchange, and refund eligibility varies by product.
By placing an order on naariy.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. PRODUCT-WISE POLICY
Each product page clearly specifies one of the following:
A. Return & Refund Eligible Products
These products are eligible for return and refund as per conditions mentioned below.
B. Exchange-Only Products
These products are NOT eligible for return or refund.
They are eligible for one-time exchange only.
The policy mentioned on the product page is final and overrides any general assumptions.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Requests will be accepted only if:
- Raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unworn, unwashed
- Original tags and packaging intact
- No stains, odours, damage, or alterations
- Product passes quality inspection
Failure to meet any condition will result in rejection.
3. DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT
Report within 24 hours with clear uncut opening video and photos.
Without opening video, claims will not be accepted.
4. RETURN PROCESS (RETURN-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS ONLY)
- Request within 48 hours
- Approval by Naariy team
- Product shipped back
- Quality inspection
- Refund if approved
5. REFUND POLICY
- Refund after inspection approval only
- Refund to original payment method
- Timeline: 7–10 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund calculated on final paid amount after discounts
No refunds for:
- Exchange-only products
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Minor colour variation
- Courier delays
6. EXCHANGE POLICY (ONE-TIME ONLY – FREE FIRST EXCHANGE)
- Free shipping on all orders
- One-time free exchange per order/article
- Second exchange not allowed
- Exchange request within 48 hours
- Subject to stock availability
- Exchange does not include custom manufacturing, size alteration, or redesign requests
- Exchanged products are final sale
If exchange item is unavailable or customer demands custom size/design:
- Naariy is not obligated to manufacture or alter the product
- Store credit will be issued (valid for 60 days)
- No cash or bank refund
7. PARTIAL RETURN & DISCOUNT ADJUSTMENT
If an order with discounts or combo offers is partially returned:
- Discount will be recalculated
- Refund adjusted after removing discount benefit
8. FREEBIES
- Free gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Must be returned with main product
- Otherwise MRP deducted from refund
9. SALE / DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Sale products are exchange-only.
No return or refund unless damaged or wrong item delivered.
10. CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER / FESTIVE WEAR
- No return or refund
- Exchange only if damaged or incorrect product delivered
- Requests for different custom size, alteration, or redesign will not be entertained
11. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 12 hours
- No cancellation after dispatch
- Refusal of delivery not eligible for refund
12. COLOR DISCLAIMER
Minor colour variation due to lighting or screens is not a defect.
13. FINAL AUTHORITY & JURISDICTION
Naariy reserves the right to approve or reject requests.
All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
